Assessment (session 1)

Systemic Wellness Coaching begins with comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment.  This includes an in-person or virtual interview with Coach Thomas.  After the first assessment interview other assessment tools may be recommended. Other tools may include InBody Scan, Epigenetic Hair Scan, Glucose Monitoring, Blood Testing, Psychological Testing, and Hormone Testing.  Some of these assessment services are provided by other trusted professionals.

Custom Plan (session 2)

The results of your comprehensive assessments will be our roadmap to a custom, bio individual plan designed to optimize your wellness based on what is actually happening in your body, mind, and relationships.  Your plan may include exercise coaching, nutrition, supplements, mental/emotional coaching, relationship coaching, life skills, and more.

Accountability (sessions 3+ as needed)

Accountability sessions take place weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs.  During these sessions we will discuss progress, work through concerns, work your plan together, and make adjustments as needed.  This is where the real changes happen.  Most sessions are 60 minutes and can be done in person or virtually.

Results

As we work your plan from the inside out you will reach your wellness goals.  At this point we will move to maintenance and meet together as needed to maintain the results you have earned.

*All coaching can be done in-person or virtually.

*Important Note on Scope

I hold a Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, but I am not a licensed therapist. Systemic wellness coaching is not clinical therapy and does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Clients in need of clinical services will be referred to a licensed provider.
